New pictures

We had a bridal shower at work for Ashley a couple of weeks ago. She is getting married at the end of May. It was definitely a "drop-in" shower, everyone coming in to eat, going back to work, coming back to eat some more...Don't worry, no patients were harmed in the production of this shower...

Benjamin is really into everything now. He likes to play in the floor, especially with Matt.

I was working on laundry the other day and looked around for Benjamin and he was chewing on the hinge on the laundry room door. I actually had my camera in the laundry basket...I thought he would quit when he saw that I was watching him, but I even moved around to take a better picture.

Benjamin eats really well, as evidenced by the large rolls on his legs. I had some peanut butter and nilla wafers, one of my favs, and Ben was opening his mouth for a bite. So I put him in his high chair and gave him a nilla wafer. He promptly puts the whole thing in his mouth and the soggy mess...needless to say, I probably won't give him another for a while.

Benjamin got to visit with Jake, Jack, and Frances while I had a haircut today. They played on Grammy and Pappy's back patio. I'm sure Ben can't wait to get an ice cream sandwich too..

Busy Sunday

We had a busy day with two showers to attend. Matt's brother and his wife are expecting a little girl in May, so Ben will have a girl cousin close in age to play with too. Her name is Addie and we can't wait to meet her! Here are some pictures from the showers...

After the shower for Addie, we headed to Justin's house for my cousin Elizabeth's bridal shower. Two showers in one day, and both at the same time.

Benjamin was so tired because he wouldn't take a nap before church or during the showers. He only slept about 30 minutes all day. Bedtime tonight was before 7:30 and he hasn't made a peep...let's hope it's a quiet night. Oh, and I found a new tooth popping through tonight, little chomper..that makes three.

Benjamin and I went to Colin's first coach pitch baseball game of the season. Unfortunately, it was rained out. Since Amy's camera was full of Spring Break beach pictures (isn't that terrible!!), I took a few pics. I am putting them here since Amy never updates!!!
